Cycling, snowmobiling and being on the water always carry their own risks and the customer uses the equipment entirely at their own risk. The rental company does not insure the customer against personal injury or property damage. Finnish road and maritime traffic law must be followed.

The renter must be at least 18 years old and undertakes to ensure the driver has sufficient knowledge and skill to handle the item.
By law the renter is liable for all damage caused in water and road traffic to themselves, other vehicles and other people. Neither the renter nor passengers are covered by liability insurance from the rental company.

The jet ski has valid equipment insurance. The insurance does not cover broken or lost loose items, injury to a person water-skiing or attached behind the ski, or personal injury caused with the ski. The jet ski and trailer must always be locked when left unattended.

The rental company may charge a case-by-case deposit of 2,000 €, payable before the rental in cash or by the available payment methods. The deposit is returned immediately after the equipment is returned if no claims remain. Deposits paid other than in cash may take a few business days to return.
Rented equipment may not be taken outside Finland unless separately agreed in writing. The renter releases the rental company from liability and understands their own responsibility for personal and property damage. The rental company's liability is limited to the functioning of the equipment and the equipment itself.
Disputes concerning the rental agreement are first resolved by negotiation between the parties under this agreement. If no agreement is reached, the matter may be taken to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. If taken to court, the action is brought in the district court of the rental company's domicile.
By making a booking and signing the rental agreement the customer confirms having read and understood these terms. They can also be reviewed with a representative of the rental company at handover.
