General

In these terms the rental company means Stenrent Oy. The customer means the private individual who has actually made and paid for the booking. The customer is always a private individual, even if the booking was made in a company name.

Before the rental

By making a booking you accept the order and contract terms and these rental terms. Before handover a rental agreement is signed and a copy of your official photo ID is attached to it. Data is kept only as long as the contractual need requires.

The customer's responsibility

The renter is responsible for the rented items throughout the rental period and must use them correctly. Any damage or fault must be reported immediately to 050 555 9525. The renter is liable for all damage they cause.

Safety

Cycling, snowmobiling and being on the water always carry their own risks and the customer uses the equipment entirely at their own risk. The rental company does not insure the customer against personal injury or property damage. Finnish road and maritime traffic law must be followed.
