We process the data required by a booking and a rental agreement: name, contact details, date of birth or identity number for verification, licence details where required, the rented item, the rental period and payment transaction data.

Data is processed to fulfil the rental agreement, for customer service, invoicing, resolving damage cases and to meet statutory obligations such as accounting.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers in our own systems.

We do not sell or disclose data for marketing. Data may be shared with accounting, payment processing, debt collection, insurance or authorities where the law requires it.

Data is retained as long as the rental relationship and statutory obligations, such as accounting law, require.

The site uses necessary cookies to function. Visitor analytics start only if you give consent in the cookie notice.

You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion and to restrict or object to processing in the situations set out in law. Send requests to myynti@stenrent.fi.
